She orchestrates the overall client experience, from initial onboarding through post-launch follow-up, ensuring that the solutions deployed generate measurable and sustainable results. Her ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while managing critical details ensures the success of even the most ambitious projects. Beyond coordinating projects, she plays a key role in business development by identifying growth opportunities with existing partners, cultivating long-term strategic relationships, and ensuring that every interaction strengthens trust and satisfaction. Her compassionate leadership and client-centered approach enable Axial to maintain exceptional retention rates and turn partners into agency ambassadors.

 

Her career path

With a bachelor’s degree in marketing communication, Mireille joined Axial in 2014 after developing her interest in project management and client relations. Her academic background, enriched with strategic internships, provided her the solid foundation needed to excel in her field. Since joining Axial, she has continued to grow, transitioning from project management to a leadership role that encompasses client success and business development. In 2022, she earned the PMI-ACP certification, which attests her expertise in applying agile principles and techniques within an organization. Her career path has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the business challenges facing B2C and B2B companies, and to build lasting relationships of trust that drive mutual growth.
