PHASE 1: Completely Revamp the Customer Experience on the Website and Automate Inventory Management
Body Energy Club (BEC) is a retail chain specializing in high-quality vitamins and supplements, with an integrated smoothie bar, located in Greater Vancouver. It is distinguished by its delicious smoothies, nutritious bowls, cold-pressed juices, and healthy take-out meals, along with a rigorous selection of superior-quality vitamins and supplements. This offering has made BEC a go-to destination for athletes and wellness enthusiasts. Building on its success, BEC has also expanded internationally with locations in Los Angeles and Chicago.
BEC reached out to Axial to develop a Shopify website connected to their ERP/POS LS Retail from Business Central, in line with their brand image and capable of delivering a memorable customer experience. The ultimate goal (Phase 2) is to create an optimized omnichannel ecosystem that meets the company’s needs while ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

An analysis of the current state of the digital environment and a benchmark of the competition were first conducted to define the starting point of the project and establish major milestones.
