Her role

Émilie leads Axial’s strategy team and specializes in in-depth analysis and conversion optimization for the agency’s partners. She transforms behavioral data into actionable insights that drive business results. Working closely with development and design teams, she identifies opportunities to improve the user experience and develops optimization strategies backed by tangible evidence. Her ability to break down every element of the customer journey and implement rigorous experimentation programs allows Axial’s clients to maximize their online performance and achieve their growth objectives.

 

Her career path

With a master’s degree in e-commerce, Émilie has undeniable expertise and passion for e-commerce. She joined Axial right after graduating and quickly demonstrated her excellence in strategic analysis and web performance optimization. Over the years, she has developed a proven methodology for identifying growth levers and continuously improving the customer experience. She now enthusiastically leads the strategy team with enthusiasm, eagerly tackling the challenges that come her way and making a measurable positive impact on Axial partners’ projects.

Émilie has a wide range of interests that reflect her professional versatility. A big fan of home renovation, from interior design to exterior maintenance, she brings the same attention to detail to all her projects. Passionate about outdoor activities and travel, she brings back from her experiences a deep understanding of different mindsets and cultures, which allows her to approach projects with a unique and open perspective.
