His role

President and founder of Axial, Daniel is a jack of all trades in the company. From account management to housekeeping (you read right!), he has tirelessly infused his passion and hard work into the company since 2002! As a positive person and a person who brings people together, he has contributed significantly to the progress and development of Axial since its foundation. Company culture is one of Daniel’s top priorities, and he has been able to transmit his values to the team.

His career path

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing at the Université de Sherbrooke, Daniel’s entrepreneurial passion grew. He worked for several IT companies before starting his own business. Axial was founded a few years later, and Daniel has guided the company’s progress ever since. Because he likes to keep busy and active, Daniel is involved in several organizations, such as the Sherbrooke Innopole financing committee, and as a mentor for the M Network. Managing to grow a business while being involved elsewhere is not an easy task, but if there is one person who can do it, it’s Daniel!

Daniel, the man

An avid outdoorsman and do-it-yourselfer at heart, Dan is a dynamic and resourceful guy: these qualities also carry over into his work. He always looks for solutions and loves to work his brain to come up with new ideas to help our clients grow with us in the best way possible. To him, each day brings new challenges to overcome with joy. As Dan says, “My favourite moment at Axial is always the last one.”
