His role

Daniel orchestrates Axial’s overall vision and sets the major strategic directions that position the agency as a reference in B2C and B2B e-commerce. He builds lasting relationships with partners, identifies market opportunities, and ensures alignment between technological innovation and business needs. His people-first approach to leadership has allowed him to build a high-performing and engaged team, all while maintaining a distinctive company culture centered on happiness at work. He is actively involved in Quebec’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, including as a mentor for the M Network.

 

His career path

With a bachelor’s degree in business administration specialized in marketing, Daniel quickly developed his entrepreneurial passion. After gaining experience at several IT companies, he founded Axial in 2002. For over 20 years, he has guided the company’s growth, transforming a startup into an agency recognized for its expertise in complex e-commerce solutions for businesses across Quebec, Canada, and the United States. His commitment to excellence and his long-term vision have allowed Axial to become a leader in its field.
