Promote Unigypse’s new brand with a new Shopify website
Create a high-performing website connected to an in-house ERP system
A long-standing client of Axial, Unigypse underwent two website redesigns and a rebranding, led by two of our partners, Brasseur d’idées and Filière M. Formerly known as Quincaillerie Ste-Hélène, the company wanted to highlight its strength and uniqueness in the market with a new name and brand image. Unigypse was born in 2022. The company has specialized in gypsum tools and materials on Montreal’s South Shore since 1985.
As a major player in the interior systems field, Unigypse wanted a user-friendly website for its customers that showcased the full range of services it offers. Products, prices, and inventory were managed with OMNI, the company’s in-house ERP system. Shopify was the obvious technological choice to facilitate not only the user experience but also two-way synchronization and administrative management that is 100% integrated with OMNI.

OUR SOLUTIONS
Thanks to a new brand image, Unigypse was able to reinvent itself and showcase its extensive expertise. The redesign of its website highlighted its identity.
In the store, the company uses OMNI, an inventory management system. We were able to create a bridge to synchronize with Shopify. Products, prices, and inventory are then automatically sent to Shopify when they contain a tag that allows online sales. When new products are added to Shopify, the company only has to add one or more images and upload them.
In addition, Unigypse wanted to distance itself from its image as a “tool seller.” We created content pages focused on their expertise and put the store in the background.
