Marie-Josée ensures Axial’s smooth operational functioning by coordinating all of the agency’s daily activities. She oversees the strategic allocation of workloads based on each employee’s strengths, ensuring optimal use of talent and resources. From human resources to production, through budgeting, and financial oversight, she touches every facets of the business with rigor and compassion. Her caring approach to management maintains a balance between organizational performance and team happiness. 

Her career path

Holding a degree in business administration – commerce management from the Cégep de Sherbrooke, Marie-Josée joined Axial right after graduating in 2009. Since then, her role within the company has continually grown in importance, evolving into an indispensable member of the leadership team. Her numerous years of experience at Axial have allowed her to develop exceptional versatility and a deep understanding of all aspects of the agency. This broad knowledge allows her to contribute in many ways to project delivery and the organization’s prosperity.
