We go to great lengths to take away your headaches
Project efficiency does exist. Having a shared vision will enable us not only to make a good diagnosis of your needs but also to adapt our management style. What is currently preventing you from achieving your project or goals?
- How complex is your project?
- Inefficient management?
- Poor communication?
- Lackluster quality of the work?
- Minimal knowledge of specific technologies or why you encountered different problems?
- Difficulty anticipating challenges?
Agilely identify needs and objectives
Our way of working is very much inspired by the agile method, but over the years, we’ve created our own tried and tested process. The idea behind agile is to be able to deliver value quickly, while keeping the medium- to long-term vision in mind. This means having a planning period to do the right things at the right time.
In agile, we work in 3-week sprints, with objectives and associated deliverables to achieve. This allows you to assess the quality of the project in progress and intervene if necessary. So there’s less risk that the final result and your initial objectives won’t match!
Let’s set up your best solution
During the initial meetings, we determine the real need and ensure we deliver quality requirements to meet it. We, therefore, make choices in the desired functionalities to deliver an MVP (minimum viable product) project. We start by attacking all the elements targeted as “at risk,” but that doesn’t mean we can’t dream and go further. Every MVP is different from one customer to the next. And your project doesn’t stop there!
During implementation, there are daily project team meetings, sprint planning and retrospectives. Throughout the project, we question, adjust, optimize and ensure that we deliver the desired functionality. And because we’re always transparent, you’re kept informed of every decision, issue and progress.
Your project manager and their team
From the outset of the project, all stakeholders and third parties will be involved. The idea is to ensure that everyone is fully aware of the mandate and their role so that they can play an integral part in the project’s success. Everyone’s roles and responsibilities are clear to ensure team cohesion and that the quality and durability of the deliverable are in line with the customer’s constraints. Everyone has a role to play. Everyone is steered in the same direction.
The account director (AD)
ensures, at a high level, that the project meets business objectives and is the guardian of the relationship.
The product owner (PO)
is the guardian of your product. They ensure that your project complies with requirements and business rules, prioritizing the work to be done to deliver value as quickly as possible.
The project manager (PM)
will be your main contact (hand in hand with the PO). They make day-to-day decisions in collaboration with you and the project team. They often take on the role of scrum master. In other words, they guide and support the team so that content, budget, time, and people are better organized.
The product manager (PM)
is a responsibility that normally falls to the customer since they are the best person to have a global view of their ecosystem, all third parties and all ongoing projects. However, depending on the strengths of your team, we can also take on a broader role, such as Product Management, to ensure that your website project is as feasible, cost-effective and efficient as possible.
In a nutshell, we make sure we’ve got the right people in the right positions and that we’re complementary at both strategic and tech levels. And, of course, we want everyone to keep on smiling. Because to ensure success, cooperation is key. And fun, too.
