Sprinterfreak is a leader in the sale of products for building and converting recreational vans. A family-owned business since 2015, Sprinterfreak offers everything needed to make the experience of converting a van as exciting as hitting the road! The team is always attentive to its customers and supports them throughout their projects.
The company needed to modernize its e-commerce site to provide a better user experience, both for its B2C and B2B clientele. The main challenge was managing the complex delivery rules for bulky products transported by freight and fragile items, such as windows, which require special delivery arrangements.

OUR SOLUTIONS
Through a thorough analysis of the company’s business rules and a prioritization of the project requirements, our team was able to offer solutions that streamlined management and administration at Sprinterfreak. Previously, many rules had to be handled manually. Thanks to the integration of various applications in Shopify and a strong dose of customization, we created automated flows for, among other things, purchasing oversized products, applying B2B discounts, and managing deliveries.
